I ordered a couple samples with different colors and I got an email asking for clarification. I emailed back with the description of how I wanted the samples printed. For some reason, they forgot to send me the samples, so I emailed again and asked about them. They immediately sent me the samples (rushed my order, it got here in 2 days). They sent my three samples on three different types of paper and a coupon. We will be ordering our invitation from here! Mistakes happen, but they made up for it.
